Molly Arnold-Law

Molly joined the firm in January of 2024, after relocating from San Diego, CA. She provides the administrative management and executive support for the company and its investors. Additionally, she assists with general support related to underwriting, portfolio management, bookkeeping, and industry research.

Before Spruce, Molly worked at Axos Bank as a Funder and served as their primary correspondent funding contact. There, she performed multiple duties to support the Single-Family Residential Department, such as reviewing executed loan documents for regulatory compliance, drawing closing packages, funding loans, reconciling general ledgers, generating and issuing final closing disclosures, and assisting other lenders with clearing suspense items for loan purchasing and funding. Before that, she spent several years working at traditional brick-and-mortar banks, such as Hancock Whitney and California Bank & Trust, as a Teller and Platform Specialist.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys hiking and camping at the National and State Parks, reading, and volunteering at Theatre Tallahassee and local event organizations. Molly has previously resided in Arizona, Oklahoma, and California, but now calls Florida her home.
