We provide both junior and senior loans to small businesses and real estate developers. In select situations, we invest mezzanine debt, growth equity, and purchase notes. We understand that fundraising can be a distraction to business operations and we work hard to make the due diligence and closing process both fast and fair. We are able to provide a minimally dilutive solution, often through providing loans in urgent scenarios, where we can close in as fast as 10 days.
With offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida, we provide funding to companies for growth, buyout transactions, acquisitions, turnarounds, and recapitalizations.
Our main focuses are real estate project finance (direct co-Sponsor equity and bridge lending), as well as growth equity and commercial lending to lower-middle-market companies. On a select basis, we will purchase notes or finance note purchases and will provide liquidity to other private equity sponsors through short-term lending.
